3214815 - Center of Capabilities or Talent Intelligence Hub 'Rating History' Tab is Missing Performance Form Templates

When accessing Rating History in Center of Capabilities or Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, performance form templates are missing.

• SAP SuccessFactors Center of Capabilities
• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Center of Capabilities
2. Select Capabilities Portfolio > Rating History
3. Select Filters icon > check all options
4. See that a template is missing or not all templates in Manage Templates are under Rating History

OR

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
2. Select the Proficiency Settings tab > Rating History
3. Some performance form templates from Manage Templates are missing in Rating History

Run Company Data Migrate Job
