Personal Information related permissions are not enabled in RBP but the section still displaying in NHDR.

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
2. Open candidate and open NHDR task
3. Personal Information portlet still displaying

Expected behavior, this section cannot be removed regardless of the permission

Currently, this is the expected behavior of the system, even the fields from this element are not granted in RBP, this section will still display similar to the Job Information portlet in KBA 2951972

This is already raised as enhancement and you can track it in this enhancement ticket 284905
