3214874 - Warning While Updating Address Information - CS1H2022

• When update address information (via edit/Insert new record), we get a new warning as 'This Records was not saved because there are warning on other record for XXXXXX'. This is not happening with MSS action.
• Option Enable Centralized Services for Addresses to save changes on Editing UI is enabled in Company, System and Logo Settings.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Address Information

• Go to employee/user profile.
• Make a change to address information Edit /Insert new record action and click save.
• Notice warning message regarding warnings on another record "This Records was not saved because there are warning on other record for XXXXXX".

Known behavior.

• Option Enable Centralized Services for Addresses to save changes on Editing UI is enabled in Company, System and Logo Settings and causing the validation.
  
  • This is due to Centralized Services method of saving data which offers better data validation.
• The message populating after performing action aims to let user to review all warning messages and ensure all data is correct before proceeding.
  
  • If user is sure there is no erroneous data, clicking "Proceed" can still save the data.
  • There is no negative impact on the transaction to save data.
