Modeling and Forecasting Hierarchy fails with dump:

DBSQL_SQL_INTERNAL_DB_ERROR

SQL error "SQL code: 4" occurred while accessing table "/DMF/WP_CONTROL".

Or

SQL error "SQL code: 129" occurred while accessing table "/DMF/WP_CONTROL".
