Symptom

  • Upgrade to 16 SP03 PL09
  • Running post upgrade using updatease and getting the following error:

    installmaster: 10% complete.
installmaster: 100% complete.
Open Client message: 'ct_cancel(): network packet layer: internal net library
error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
'. Open Client message: 'ct_cmd_drop(): user api layer: external error: This
routine cannot be called because the command structure is in an undefined
state.
