Instance refresh status validation failed: TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED, TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH

• TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED: The error encountered is due to that there are refresh requests submitted one after another without waiting the validation completion of the early refresh submission. 
• TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH: This is a new validation enhancement to ensure the target system does not have any other refreshes scheduled (as Source). For reference, please check the document Enhancements to Refresh Status Information in Instance Refresh | SAP Help Portal.

For the TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED, please wait until the refresh validation is successful then another refresh can be submitted.

for the Validation Failed with error TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH, please ensure that there aren't any scheduled refreshes for the Target system as source. You can either wait for the refresh to be completed and then schedule this new, or cancel it. 

NOTE: In case no refreshes are scheduled, but the validation error still appears, please raise a ticket to LOD-SF-PLT-IRT for further investigation. Please include the following information on case description:

1. Company ID;
2. Support Access;
3. IRT Logs;
