Instance refresh status validation failed: TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED, TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED: The error encountered is due to that there are refresh requests submitted one after another without waiting the validation completion of the early refresh submission. 
• TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH: There is an old IRT Refresh that was not executed and remained with status scheduled in the Database.

• TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED: Request to wait until the refresh validation is successful then another refresh can be submitted.

Validation Failed with error TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH-> It is an enhancement validation error code as per documentation Enhancements to Refresh Status Information in Instance Refresh | SAP Help Portal

•  TENANTREFRESH_SOURCE_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_REFRESH: Ensure that you do not have any stuck refreshes on UI "Instance Refresh Center". If the error persists, please raise a ticket to LOD-SF-PLT-IRT for further investigation. Please include the following information on case description:

1. Company ID;
2. Support Access;
3. IRT Logs;
