Symptom

Instance refresh status validation failed: TENANTREFRESH_JOB_SCHEDULING_FAILED

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Cause

The error encountered is due to that there are refresh requests submitted one after another without waiting the validation completion of the early refresh submission. This is working by design.

Resolution

Request to wait until the refresh validation is successful then another refresh can be submitted.
