3215157 - Default duration of time type in Time Sheet is different through desktop and mobile device

Symptom

  • Default duration of time type in Time Sheet is different through desktop and mobile device

  • The default propagated duration for allowances is 01:00 in the Time Sheet through desktop & Via Mobile device (using Iphone) we have a 0:30 as default duration in the Time Sheet.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Sheet (Mobile)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login in SFSF instance 
  2. Proxy as employee as user
  3. Go to Time Sheet via Quick Access card> Record Time
  4. Enter a time type ‘Home Office Allowance ’ under Allowances. The default duration is 01:00.
  5. Assign the user to mobile device (IOs) and check the Time Sheet allowance duration.

Cause

  • default value in timesheet(Mobile) is still in exploration.

Resolution

  1. The concept of default value in timesheet(Mobile) is still in exploration. Any changes will be done after the finalisation of default values.
