3215182 - Recording Time Slot Attendance for VLS Classes

User received the completion status for a class after the VLS Attendance automatic process ran, but the field Time Slot Attendance (under Registration tab in the Class level) did not record automatically, it is marking zero.

4. Search for the intended Class ID >
5. Registrations tab >
6. Completion Status is granted, but Time Slot Attendance field is marking "0".

This is expected behavior. 

Recording the Time Slot Attendance field is for administrative use only. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't store this attendance with the user's learning history. The user's learning history is based on the class completion only. This field is to track the users who attended different time slots of the same class.

For instance, if the class happens in 3 days, Admins or Instructors can mark if the user was present for all three of these slots.

Note: If the class has several slots (segments), the minimum percentage for completion will be calculated combining all slots. That means the system will add up the total time of the slots (amount of time the sessions were left open by the instructor) and then check if the user attended the minimum percentage. Therefore, all slots will be accounted for, hence why Time Slot Attendance is for administrative use only.
