Resolution

Yes , it is  possible to re-submit time sheet by automatically when the Temporary Time Information assigned to the date on the approved time sheet

This would be taken care by the Recalculation that gets triggered, i.e.

Changes to the following Time Management data   trigger recalculation:
● Absence data in Time Off
● Temporary time data

Time management recalculation will happen immediately in the scenario where the Temporary Time Information data is changed.
