3215224 - CPM always print items with 2 copies

Symptom

  • Output item in print queue has 1 copy but print from CPM with 2 copies.
  • 2 exact same entries can be seen for one ItemID and DocID in Document_log in CPM Printing folder.

Environment

  • Cloud print manager for PI 770 patch 3

Cause

Program error.

Resolution

  • Update to SAP Cloud Print Manager for Pull Integration Patch 5 or higher.
