3215291 - Customers could not amend a contract workspace as the action timed out

Symptom

Previously, when customers tried to amend a contract workspace the action timed out. This occurred only when the contract workspace contained a Contract Line Items Document (CLID) having a large number of line items or pricing conditions or a combination of both, which took a long time to process, leading to a timeout.
