3215315 - Application Performance Tests by Customer for SAP API Management

Subject to the conditions and restrictions stated below, as well as the terms of the Customer Agreement, customers may be permitted to perform application performance tests of SAP API Management upon mutual agreement after subscription. The customer’s Agreement must be active and in place prior to testing.

SAP reserves the right to accept, deny, cancel, or reschedule such a request depending on other maintenance or operational activities, or perceived risks to SAP systems or Cloud services, at SAP’s sole discretion.

Stress testing, Denial of Service, Distributed Denial of Service and other destructive tests, including but not limited to DNS (Domain Name System) poisoning, root-kit installation are strictly prohibited.

The results of the test are to be treated as “Confidential” and are not to be shared with any person or entity without explicit written authorization by SAP. Customer is required to share the results with SAP.
