3215584 - The setup routines for the ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126 - SAP PD

Symptom

  • The repository administrator is creating an ODBC machine data source to set up the repository on an Oracle database server.
  • Error is returned from the Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator (64-bit):

       Driver's ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed

       Errors Found:
       The setup routines for the Oracle in OraClient19Home2 ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126: The specified module could not be found.
       (C:\Oracle\instantclient_19\SQORAS32.DLL).
