  • A problem is experienced in the BI platform and Support has asked you to generate a browser trace (Network/Console)
  • Problems with BI platform that may justify collecting this trace (Not limited to the following):
    Page not loading, blank page, elements missing/not loading, network issues, firewall issues, load balancer issues, requests not being processed, long loading times, HTTP error messages (eg. HTTP 500, HTTP 404, HTTP 401, etc)
