3215652 - One Exposure bank statements without planning level

The planning level for bank statements remains blank, causing them to be excluded from bank balances and not considering them as actual flows with planning level F0.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open App Check Cash Flow Items.
2. Source application Bank Statement cash flow.
3. Include the field Planning level.
4. Include field Statement short key.
5. Planning level is missing.
6. Open App Manage Bank Statements.
7. Search for the bank statement with Statement Short key.
8. Bank Statement status is Completed.

For a Completed/Processed bank statement(Statement status completed.) Actual cash flow is Bank Ledger Document.

To visualize the bank statement actual flows follow the below steps.

1. Go to App Manage Bank Statements.
2. Search for the bank statement with the short key.
3. Open the bank statement details.
4. Open a bank statement item and note the value date, Bank Ledger Doc. No and amount.
5. In the App Cash flow analyzer : Give the following selections:
   1. Left upper corner select the view as Actual cash flow.
   2. Bank account.
   3. Value Date.
   4. Expand the result table.
   5. Click on the F0 planning flow amount.
   6. Press Display cash flow items.
   7. In the cash flow items window include the column Journal Entries.
   8. Note the Journal Entry number.
   9. Further you can view the cash flow item details in the App Check Cash Flow Item.
   10. Press the settings button to add a column Statement Short Key.
   11. Note the statement short key
