3215720 - Error message: Cannot create; project used in open request of another sales order

When you creating new project invoice request, you see error message:

Cannot create; project used in open request of another sales order.

1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center
2. Go to Project Invoicing: Sales Orders view
3. Search the sales order which you want to invoice
4. Select it and press New: Manual/Automatic Project Invoice Request
5. In the new project invoice request, you see error:

Cannot create; project used in open request of another sales order.

1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center
2. Go to Project Invoicing: Project Invoice Requests view
3. Set the search query as Open Project Invoice Requests
4. Search the project ID whihc the sales order is assigned to

You see there is already an open project invoice request exists, the status is In Preparation.

To avoid data inconsistency, for same project, system does not allow multiple open project invoice requests in same time.

You need to release or cancel the existing project invoice request firstly, then you will be able to create a new one.
