Upgrade ASE on SAP Business Suite failed with error below,

Error: Command execution failed. : Server message: Number 10389, Severity 14, State 1, Line 61, Server <SID>, Procedure sp_validatedb --- Message string: Permission denied. You must be the object owner to replace the definition of 'sp_validatedb'. . (fault code: 127)
