3215920 - Error: Item XX: Products w/ item group ABC not supported for location of srv provision XYZ

When you add an Item with in a Service Order and you receive the error message: Item XX: Products w/ item group ABC not supported for location of srv provision XYZ. (XX represents the line item number, ABC the Item type and XYZ the Service Location).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Service Orders Work Center.
2. Select the Service Order Processing View.
3. Open Service Order ABC (where ABC stands for service order you created) 
4. Add Item XX,
5. Error : "Item XX: Products w/ item group ABC not supported for location of srv provision XYZ. (XX represents the line item number, ABC the Item type and XYZ the Service Location)." occurs.

The item type is either not supported for the Location of Service Provision selected in the Service Order or you did not activate the respective scoping question.
