Section 3 of I-9 Reverification fields are greyed out (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial)

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to Instance
2. On the Homepage, navigate to "For You Today"
3. Under Compliance, Complete Form I-9 > View All
4. Look for the affected candidate
5. Complete Now
6. Scroll down to Section 3: Reverification
7. The fields, "Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial" are greyed out

Upon confirmation from the Product Management Team, the "New Name" needs to be updated in the Employee Profile, the system will then populate the new name automatically onto the Section 3 when reverification is triggered. It is not editable on the Section 3 UI.
