With courseHome enabled using an instructor without a related people image navigate to class details and see a broken image verse just background theme color.

With courseHome enabled, there is a difference in preview b2205 instructor image behavior vs prod b2111 on the class details page whereas if the instructor has no image or even for instructors with related users have no image instead of showing the background theme color it shows broken icon due ot changes per per https://help.sap.com/doc/62fddbd651204629b46bbccbabf886ba/2105/en-US/c339f051c33a4564af651b93896ffe39.html via LRN-91717.
