You face the error "CC-19: No authorization for type ABC: Check authorization restriction for user" during sync using Outlook Server Side Integration, in which ABC represents the affected object, e.g Contact.

Please assign the Work Center of the affected object to the user. For example, if the affected object is Contact you should assign the "COD_CONTACT_WCV" to the user.
