3216225 - Cloud Portal, Launchpad or Work Zone not working properly on Edge browser due to Tracking Prevention blocked


  • SAP Cloud Portal, Launchpad or Work Zone are failing to load or do not work properly. 
    For example, you will get an error message when clicking a Tile on cFLP site which indicates the Authentication is failed: 
    Identity provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration. Please contact your system administrator.
  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium) browser is used

  • Browser Console has one of the following Warnings:
    Tracking Prevention blocked access to storage for <URL>
    Tracking Prevention blocked a request to <URL>
    Tracking Prevention blocked an XHR request to <URL>
  • HTTP Traces show net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT errors
