3216472 - Old commenting function "invite for feedback" in SAP Signavio Process Manager does not work - elements not responsive

The tasks in the commenting component are no longer responsive - an element cannot be selected

In Explorer, select a diagram > Share > Invite anyone for feedback. Invite a person via mail and let her/him open the diagram.

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to be addressed. The reference ticket is SPM-16742.

As alternative, please use the new commenting function "invite to comment" via the editor. Find the documentation here:

A brief explanation of this feature is, that "invite to comment" from the editor is a newer feature: It gives the users (also external users) access to the latest revision of a model in the Collaboration Hub preview. If the invited person does not have a license in the workspace, a free commenting license is assigned. This person must create a password for the new account (if she/he does not already have a Signavio account). The person can then post the comments with the personal name.
