3216608 - Report Selection not Working With Show Master Data Option Enabled

You have created a report and enabled the "Show Master Data" option for a characteristic. While using the report, you are trying to limit the data by using the selection or the filter. However, the filter does not apply and the report results are unrestricted, or not restricted as per your chosen variables.

The nature of the "Show Master Data" setting is that it will show all values of a certain characteristic, irrespective of key figure values but also irrespective of filters.
