Symptom

  • You are using the Agent Desktop (Service Agent Console) Addon
  • After adding fields to Customer Hub Account Header, you noticed that some fields are missing from the Customer Details block

    Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
