3216705 - Manual condition type can not be deleted using the BAPI "BAPI_SALESDOCUMET_CHANGE'

Symptom

When delete manually added item pricing condition from a sales order using the BAPI "BAPI_SALESDOCUMET_CHANGE, error message VH_BAPI 007 "Condition type XXXX must not be deleted" is raised which prevent deletion.
