3216978 - Commenting and Notification functionality works partially in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Digital Boardroom

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• When creating a comment with the “@” tag, a user tagged in the comment does not get a notification (per mail or through the notification section) in each case. For some users it works, for some it does not, even though they have the same authorization. The affected user are able to select other users (in blue font) in tag them accordingly. The chosen user does not receive any kind of information. After refreshing the story the comment has been saved, but the tagged name is now in black font.
