3217169 - Setup proxy scenario in Identity Authentication with SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • There is a need to access the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) application with Identity Authentication (IAS) that is used as a proxy, while authentication is done on a corporate identity provider.

  • At login attempt, the following error is seen, even though the user trying to login exists on SAC application already:

    It seems that you don't have an active account
    Please contact your system administrator and ensure you have an active account on this system.
