3217240 - PI/PO System hangs

Symptom

  • You are using SAP Process Orchestration (PO) or Process Integration (PI)
  • You noticed that the system is hanging and you have to restart the Java Server
  • From the Java thread dumps you can see the following stack error:
    A fatal error has been detected by the SAP Virtual Machine
