You notice that when executing a run import for your Facebook integration channel, some posts and comments are not retrieved and displayed on C4C.

The system standard design while performing the run import, is to pull all the posts and comments from a maximum of 3 months back.
In case the post is older e.g. a year old, the system designed behavior is to not pull its latest comments.
This is the system designed behavior.
As a workaround, you can use the button Update Comments present on the post in Social Interactions tab within the tickets, that you can use to retrieve the latest comments for an older post.
