3217343 - Termination End Handling is not delimiting all the open Time accounts and not performing all the Cleanup activities

As a part of the Termination End handling, after termination, not all the Time accounts are Delimited and not all the Cleanup activities are being performed.
What are some of the Known Limitations here?
