3217404 - Unable to Terminate the Employee who is an Org Unit Manager

Unable terminate an employee in Personnel Administration. Upon trying to terminate the employee, system throws an exception:

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center
2. Go to Regular Tasks view
3. Select Country XYZ (where XYZ represents the Country)
4. Select the link Terminate Relationship with Employee
5. In the Employee field, select Value Help and find Employee ID
6. Select the Last Working Day DD.MM.YYYY
7. Choose the Termination Category
8. Choose the Termination Reason
9. Select Save
10. System throws an exception

This Employee is the Org Unit Manager for multiple Orgs Unit in the Org Structure. If his/her manager assignment is higher than the last working day (Terminiation date) then the termination will fail. Because the Manager assignment is on/after the termination date.

Adjust the manager assignment (org unit manager validity) to a date which less/equal to the termination date. Once the changes are performed in the respective org units, activate the Org unit with below steps,

1. Go to Organizational Management work center 
2. Go to Org Structures view 
3. Select the Edit button
4. Enter the effective date 
5. Select the Org Unit 
6. Select the Activate button and select Activate All

After activating the changes then try terminating the Employee
