You have created a Custom Object and reused the standard Feed facet. However, when the notifications are coming, the link is not SSO and the object is called Activity Object.

Cause
This is a current system limitation for Feeds notifications triggered by Custom BOs.
Resolution
This is the standard behavior of the system.
If the feature/functionality is needed as a matter of urgency, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
