SAP Ariba has removed the Intelligent Confirmation Manager (ICM) parameter named Application.Purchasing.AllowRequisitionSubmitIfComposing, and the functionality enabled by that parameter is now used for all customers.
This parameter allowed guided buying users to submit requisitions only if they are in Composing state. It helped in instances when requisitions submitted while in Ordering or Ordered states resulted in system errors.
