3217798 - TP: No requests to import, Nothing done

When importing transport request, no error message, nothing happens.

In some case, RC=12 during ADDTOBUFFER can be found in Import Monitor.

Message no. XT212 outputted, TMS Alert Viewer shows following error.

In SLOG file, you will find following error.

Without options where the error occurs and with option "Ignore invalid component version" where the importing run without problems.
