3217801 - Data Flow Failing with Deploy Graph error

Data flows executions are failing and presenting the error below in the Data Integration Monitor:

• Failed to deploy graph: failed to deploy graph via graph controller: failed to prepare graph images: failed to assert image for group: default, err=build failed for image: ************.dkr.ecr.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/prod2-<DATA CENTER>/vora/vflow-node-**************************************de:****.*.*-com.sap.sles.flowagent-operator-*******-******

Run the Data Flow manually in Data integration monitor.

Note: the error might affect scheduled runs as well.

This issue could have originated due to various reasons such as connectivity, resources, or even a short outage in the DS tenant. 

You can confirm if the issue originated from a short outage by checking the affected DS tenant at the SAP Cloud Availability Center.

1. Access the Affected DS tenant.
2. In the Left Panel, go to System>Configuration
3. Scroll down until you reach the Third-Party add-on section and hit the Sync button.
4. Wait until it gets re-synced.
5. Try to run the affected data flow.

The steps above will make all the data flow executable again and might serve as a workaround.
