3217841 - Service DEFAULT_HOST Cannot Be Accessed

Symptom

  • When testing a service in SICF the following message is returned: 
    • Service DEFAULT_HOST Cannot Be Accessed !
    • Not entered a handler, and the other services in the URL also do not have a handler. This means the service cannot be accessed by HTTP request.
    • Message no. SHTTP009
