3217875 - invalid argument: statement-level properties and application-level properties cannot be configured simultaneously

Symptom

When creating workload class, you get error" invalid argument: statement-level properties and application-level properties cannot be configured simultaneously". In creation command, a total value is combined with a statement specific value. For example:

CREATE WORKLOAD CLASS "TEST_MEMORY" SET 'PRIORITY' = '4','STATEMENT MEMORY LIMIT' = '16','TOTAL STATEMENT MEMORY LIMIT' = '72';

CREATE WORKLOAD CLASS "TEST_THREAD" SET 'PRIORITY' = '4','STATEMENT THREAD LIMIT' = '30%','TOTAL STATEMENT THREAD LIMIT' = '50%';
