3217947 - How to Retrieve Historical Data of all User Activities

You require a report which includes information for users activities in ByDesign System like which workcenter was accessed, what type of activity was performed and when the user was logged in to the system.

SAP Business ByDesign

ByDesign does not provide such data of the workcenters accessed and all the data seen/modified by each logon user.

The available options in ByDesign are the following.

1. Read Access Logging - to log access to sensitive personal data to comply with data privacy laws like GDPR. This needs to be enabled and configured as you need. Please find more details at help document Read Access Logging.
   
   
2. Change History - this displays the changes on the business documents tracked by this functionality. This can be accessed on supported business documents by opening the individual document (like sales order, etc.) and going to the Changes tab in the UI, if that is available for respective Business Object/Document.
   
   
3. The report User Logon Details will only show the last logon date and time of Users.
