3218013 - In Process Governance, can a user bulk download all attachments of all cases for a process at once?

Symptom

In Process Governance, the customer wants to download all attachments of all cases for a process at once and not have to go into each Case and download them individually.

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Governance 3.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Process Governance.
  2. Select the Case tab and select a Case.
  3. Click the attached document in the comment panel or the history panel.
  4. Select a location to save the document.
  5. Click Save.

Cause

The requested functionality does not exist in Signavio.

Resolution

This idea hasn't been implemented but if you would like this feature to be considered for inclusion in future releases, please raise a case in the SAP for Me noting your interest and referencing this knowledge article.
