3218027 - Discard Button Disabled in Timesheet

• Discard Button Disabled in Timesheet
• The Discard button that comes for Approved timesheets is greyed/disabled. Are there any permissions for enabling the button?

1. Go to Employee Time Sheet UI which has status as Approved
2. Discard Button is greyed out 
   

• Standard behaviour

1. Discard Button will be Greyed out in Employee Time Sheet UI screen , when the status is Approved.
2. Only if this approved time sheet  was accidentally edited , you can go back to the approved time sheet by discarding the changes.
3. In such case the Discard Button will appear and not greyed out

• When a the timesheet is in approved status then you can only make an amendment. In the new Time Sheet UI, if the user is allowed to make an amendment, he or she can simply change it.
• To correct a time sheet that's already been approved, go to the day on which you want to make changes, make your changes, and submit the time sheet again.
• If the employee can't change his/her time sheet that has been approved, their manager or HR administrator needs to change it for them.
• The system then automatically creates the amendment. This was different in the old UI, because there was a button for making an amendment.
