3218245 - Message "Account is not tax-relevant, tax code will be ignored" in transaction FB41

Symptom

When posting with transaction FB41 using a tax account and entering a tax code, the system issues warning message "Account is not tax-relevant, tax code will be ignored" (F5658) and the tax code is deleted from the line item.
