After several downtimes on RPO database, many actions have been set up :

RPO has used a new DB setting able to auto-extend memory when necessary. Till now, it seems to be efficient (no outage since end of August).

 Within RP release 2211.5, some fixes solving main slow queries on DB issues were deployed :

• some queries have been redesigned
• legacy reports removed
• queries within queries avoided
• live reports plugged to a subordinate DB
• columns used for sorting indexed

 24.7 support is now in place in case of new outages on RPO DB : when outage identified by monitoring system, RPO Paris folks are able to be joined at any time based on an on-call duty rotation + customers notification via official process.
