3218306 - BP webservice replication to multiple destination/target systems via DRFOUT not working

Symptom

The BP webservice configuration is maintained with default port between Source system and Target system A, and the replication via DRFOUT works fine.

Then the webservice configuration between source system and a new Target system B is also maintained, it is expected that the BP data change can be replicated to both system A and B simultaneously.

However it is observed that the data only arrives in system A because the default port is set as system A. When changing the default port to system B, then the data only arrives in system B.
