When changing the language on the 'Contact Candidates' page in Interview Scheduling, the UI changes randomly depending on the Language you select.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Recruiting
- Navigate to Interview Scheduling
- Select an interview to schedule
- Select a candidate and click 'Start Scheduling'
- Add an Interviewer by 'name' or by 'Role on Requisition'
- Add a custom time slot
- At the bottom of the page select 'Continue'
- Select whatever template you wish to use
- Change the language and notice that the UI changes depending on the language selected.
