3218595 - When creating Stories in People Analytics, it is redirecting to SAP Analytics Cloud native page instead of People Analytics embedded in to BizX

Symptom

The following occurs in Reporting Centre:

  • When filtering reports on "Story" in Report Centre, no Story reports are visible.
  • When creating new "Story" in Report Centre, it is redirecting to SAC native page instead of designer page in People Analytics embedded in to BizX.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
    • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
      • Stories in People Analytics 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Success Factors Report Centre.
  2. Navigate to Reporting page from Home menu.
  3. In Reporting no Story Reports are visible.
  4. Click New.
  5. Click Story and click Select.
  6. Taken to SAC native page instead of People Analytics embedded in to BizX.

Resolution

While the permanent solution is under investigation by Development Teams, Customer have to file a Case with SAP Support.

Once the ticket is filed, Embedded SAC Cloud Support Team will Turn OFF the toggle which is currently causing SAC to load within BizX.
