3218689 - Queries fail on HANA Cockpit database with "Out of memory" error.

Symptom

  1. HANA Cockpit database reports error: 
    SAP DBTech JDBC: [4]: cannot allocate enough memory: Out of memory on query open
  2. Runtime dump is showing large size of M_DEV_BACKUP_CATALOG_LOG system view
    compared to size of GAL (Global Allocation Limit) e.g. 16GB on the database with GAL of 32GB
  3. HANA Cockpit database running with relatively small GAL (e.g. 32GB's)
