3218749 - Principal Propagation is not working when using SAP Forms Service on BTP Cloud Foundry from S/4HANA on-premise system

Symptom

S/4HANA on-premise system is configured to call SAP Forms Service on BTP Cloud Foundry. 
The scenario is not working if authentication type "PrincipalPropagation" is specified in destination FP_ICF_DATA_<SID> on BTP cockpit, while it works well if BasicAuthentication is selected.
