How to add excel file in panel ?

Is it possible to add excel file in onboarding > setting > Panel  ?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

It is not possible to add excel file in Panel .

Please make a note it is expected behavior 

ONB 1.0 , Panel , excel file  , KBA , LOD-SF-OBD-FRM , Forms, PDF, E-Verify and Compliance Forms etc. , Problem
