Symptom
The new updates in categories did not sync with Process Governance / workflow module and showing the following error
Error Message: The category is not sync with SAP Signavio Process Governance. Please trigger a re-sync in SAP Signavio Process Governance.

Resolution
The error is indicates that updates in the category is not sync with Process Governance.
To sync with Process Governance, Click on Reload integration button in SAP Signavio Process governance.
- Go to Signavio Process Governance (In the explorer, > In the tab Process governance > select Open workflows in SAP Signavio Process governance)
- In SAP Signavio Process Governance, select Services & Connectors from user menu
Select SAP Signavio Process Manager Integration - Ensure that Active category which you have changed is populated and click on Reload integration button
